Jadi ceritanya HP aku jatuh dan case belakangnya pecah, HP aku Samsung S10+, case belakangnya kaya kaca gitu jadi rawan pecah (cmiiw). Sebenarnya pecahnya sudah dari tahun lalu, tapi belum aku service karena belum sempat dan masih cari – cari referensi dulu sebelum kesana.
So the story goes that my cellphone fell and the back case is broken, my cellphone was a Samsung S10 +, the back case was like glass (cmiiw). Actually, the break was from last year, but I haven’t been able to repair it because I haven’t had time and I’m still looking for references before going there.

Bisa diliat dari foto-foto diatas, case belakangnya pecah. Aku jadi nggak pede buat pake clear case karena ini. Akhirnya aku nggak tahan dan memutuskan untuk menggantinya. Aku cari-cari tau dimana lokasi Samsung Service Center terdekat di daerahku. Aku cari disini https://www.samsung.com/id/support/service-center/ , Samsung Service Center terdekat adalah di Samsung Service Center ITC Cempaka Mas.
You can see from the photos above, the back case is broken. I don’t feel confident using the clear case because of this. Finally I couldn’t stand it and decided to replace it. I was looking for the location of the nearest Samsung Service Center in my area. I’m looking for it here https://www.samsung.com/id/support/service-center/, the closest Samsung Service Center is the Samsung Service Center ITC Cempaka Mas.

Jadi aku kesana jam 12 siang, tempatnya ada di Lantai 5 ya, memang di website tertera lantai 4, tapi waktu kesana, ternyata ada di Lantai 5. Mudahnya, aku masuk ke ITC lewat Lobby Utara, lalu naik Lift (lift ada di depan KFC lantai G) langsung ke Lantai 5, sudah pas didepan Samsung Service Center (kalau pakai eskalator tempatnya di sebelah MCD/AW).
So I went there at 12 AM, the place is on the 5th Floor, yes, in the website is on the 4th floor, but when I got there, it turned out to be on the 5th Floor. I entered ITC through the North Lobby, then took the Lift (the lift is in front of KFC floor G) directly to Floor 5, it is right in front of the Samsung Service Center (if you use the escalator the place is next to MCD / AW).

Datang langsung ambil antrean di mesin dan memilih perbaikan produk. Setelah dipanggil, aku langsung menceritakan problem pecahnya case hp ku. HPku dicek oleh petugas dan diberitahu informasi penggantian sebelum diproses. Informasinya adalah masalah utamanya apa (pecah back case), lalu harga perangkatnya, dan stok perangkatnya. Ternyata perangkatnya (back case) sedang kosong hari itu, jadi disarankan untuk ditinggal, tapi karena aku nggak bisa ninggal hp, jadi aku minta alternatif lain. Petugas menyarankan aku booking online service di aplikasi Samsung Member, nanti setelah booking disana, kita akan ditelfon untuk konfirmasi permasalahan (Samsung akan menyiapkan back casenya), lalu dihari yg kita pilih itu kita tinggal datang untuk service hp nya. Untuk Tindakan perbaikannya sendiri Samsung menerapkan 1 jam perbaikan, jadi bisa ditunggu.

It turned out that the device (back case) was empty that day, so it was recommended to leave it, but because I couldn’t leave my cellphone, I asked for another alternative. The clerk advised me to book an online service in the Samsung Member application, later after booking there, we will be called to confirm the problem (Samsung will prepare the back case), then on the day we choose we just come to service the cellphone. For its own repair action, Samsung applied 1 hour of repair, so you can wait.

Setelah itu aku pulang dan booking di aplikasi Samsung Member. Namun besoknya, saat aku ditelfon oleh pihak Samsung, aku sedang ada meeting jadi tidak terangkat. Lalu aku datang lagi ke Samsung Service Center menanyakan booking serviceku, ternyata karna telfonnya tidak terangkat, jadi perangkat back casenya belum tersedia. Akhirnya petugasnya memberikan alternatif lain lagi, jadi aku pesen back casenya dulu hari ini dan dibayar sekarang juga, besok datang lagi kesini untuk tindakan perbaikannya (nah ini kenapa nggak dari awal). Aku terima alternatif ini dan membayar hari itu juga (harganya totalnya adalah Rp496.827) dan dibayarnya harus cash karena barang belum ada, nanti kita akan diberikan tanda bukti pembayaran yang harus dibawa lagi besok saat tindakan perbaikan.
After that I went home and made a booking on the Samsung Member application. But the next day, when I was called by Samsung, I was in a meeting so I didn’t pick up. Then I came to the Samsung Service Center again to ask for my service booking, apparently because the call was not picked up, so the stock of the back case was not yet available. Finally, the officer gave another alternative, so I ordered the back case first today and get paid right now, come here tomorrow for repair action (why not from the beginning) I accepted this alternative and paid the same day (the total price was IDR 496,827) and had to pay cash because the goods were not available, later we will be given proof of payment that must be brought back tomorrow during corrective action.

Setelah itu aku pulang dan sorenya langsung ditelfon lagi oleh pihak Samsung untuk memberitahukan bahwa perangkat back casenya sudah tersedia dan besok bisa langsung diperbaiki.
After that I went home and in the afternoon I was immediately called again by Samsung to inform me that the back case was available and it could be repaired tomorrow.

Jadi keesokan harinya aku datang lagi kesana dan langsung menuju counter 1 untuk dilakukan perbaikan hp. Aku datang jam 13.30, disuruh menunggu sekitar 1 jam. Dan belum 1 jam, sekitar 45 menit, perbaikan sudah selesai. Ini dia hasilnya …
So the next day I came there again and went straight to counter 1 to do cellphone repair. I came at 13.30, told to wait about 1 hour. And not yet 1 hour, about 45 minutes, the repair has been completed. Here comes the result …

Jadi intinya, perbaikannya cepat. Dari ceritaku diatas, sepertinya aku berkali-kali datang ke Samsung Service Center. Tapi sebenarnya bisa lebih singkat dan cepat jika :
So, repair process is ​​fast. From my story above, it seems like I have come to the Samsung Service Center many times. But it can actually be shorter and faster if:

  1. Booking Online Service di Aplikasi Samsung Member. Nanti kita ditelfon sebelum hari-h (harus diangkat, karena untuk memastikan permasalahan agar saat kita datang, perangkat yang diperlukan sudah tersedia), dan datang sesuai tanggal yang kita pilih untuk dilakukan perbaikan yang bisa kita tunggu 1 jam, selesai.

Later we are called before the d-day (MUST be picked up, because to make sure the problem is that when we arrive, the necessary equipment is available), and arrive according to the date we choose to do the repair which we can wait 1 hour, finished.
  2. Datang ke Samsung Service Center, jika perangkat tersedia, bisa dilakukan saat itu juga dengan menunggu 1 jam, atau jika perangkat tidak tersedia, hp bisa ditinggal, kalau sudah selesai bisa diambil. Atau jika tidak mau ditinggal hpnya, bisa minta book dulu dengan membayar perangkatnya hari itu juga, dan besoknya perangkatnya datang, kita bisa datang untuk perbaikan, selesai.
